Yoga

Whether I'm hosting independently or teaching at a studio, I teach a wide variety of yoga and fitness classes in group settings. 


Earth Medicine

Earth Medicine (or Forest Therapy) group sessions are really what light my soul on fire. Whether hosting on my own private land, or exploring new terrain, creating a healing experience in nature, in community, is a dream come true.
