Earth Medicine Group Session - Sunday June 7th, 2026

 Join us for a guided forest bathing session that will leave you feeling grounded, centered, and deeply rooted in this wild world.

Mindfulness, meditation, and bare feet on the earth will bring you closer to nature while intentional connection brings forward the healing power of community.


WHEN: Sunday June 7th • 9AM -11AM
WHERE: Vergas, MN near the city beach

Gentle Yoga

For nearly 8 years I've been creating this safe and gentle container for all to truly come as they are. Together, we work to cultivate loving kindness for self and others on the mat. Join me Monday mornings at 9am for a practice of mindfulness, self-inventory, and gentle movement that nurtures the mind, body and soul.

Earth Medicine (or Forest Therapy) group sessions are really what light my soul on fire. Whether hosting on my own private land, or exploring new terrain, creating a healing experience in nature, in community, is a dream come true.
