Hello precious soul. I'm so glad you're here. My name is Leah Conboy, and I am the sole owner/operator (and SOUL owner/operator) of Heart's Garden. Over the course of my life, I've obtained many titles and credentials. Among my favorites are the following:
Artist, yogi, momma, wife, daughter, sister, cousin, friend.
I'm a dreamer and a seer.
I'm an introvert who loves humans (but it's animals who truly own my heart). I'm endlessly fascinated by the rhythms of nature, of death and rebirth, and the spaces between.
I'm a forever learner, a curious soul, a keeper of wisdom, an empath (WITH boundaries - cuz ouch)...
I've always strived to help others through hardships and triumphs alike, but it wasn't until I began to show up for myself in the same way that I came to treasure this wild combination of things that make me, me.
