Holistic health is caring for the whole person. It is tending to your physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs, being aware of how all these aspects affect your overall health.
This gentle yet powerful modality aids in transmuting any areas of stagnation within the energetic body. In bringing the body back to a state of flow and homeostasis, we find that it starts releasing trapped areas of trauma and ignites our ability to heal from within.
I'd love to say everyone - but I'd be lying. I can't honestly tell you that I have what you need. I meet every new client with an open heart regardless of age, race, gender or circumstance. If you're looking for positive change, I will work with you to figure out the best way to integrate holistic care into your current wellness practices, even if that means referring you to one of my many cherished collogues whose expertise might serve you better than my own.
Short answer - no. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Outside of the physical practice, yoga also includes pranayama (breath work), meditation, and many other aspects to help you journey inward and discover the freedom of unconditional self love.
