WE Don't heal in isolation, but in community.

 In observing the world around us, it’s become increasingly evident that all of our hardships, both individual & collective, must be addressed from within before positive change can take place outside of one’s self.

Within this workshop, I hope to abolish any false narratives shaped by society’s definition of self-love, and help you discover it’s true meaning within. 

I've hosted similar workshops in the past, but as my own views on the true meaning of self-love have evolved, so too has the information I've been called to share. 

Self-love isn’t something we can slap a band aid on and call it good. There is no quick-fix, magic pill, or switch to flip that deconstructs all of the limiting beliefs we've held about ourselves for so long. It takes a deep dive into our shadows and wounds in order to begin healing from within - and it doesn’t happen overnight. 

 It takes peeling back the layers of expectation & conditioning that society, our parents, and our peers have placed upon us. It takes going back to that small child who colored fearlessly outside of the lines with no idea that doing so may be considered “wrong” or “improper”.  

This journey will be personal and unique for everyone, and I am honored to hold a safe space as we come together to heal. Our 5 hour timeline will hold ample space for processing and integration, as well as snacks, movement, laughter and fun! Space will be limited to keep the group cozy and intimate.
